Diogo Moreira is currently the greatest Brazilian promise in motorcycling and has gained new support: from Yamaha Brasil, thus becoming indirectly associated with the Iwata manufacturer.

This is a technical partnership, where Yamaha Brasil will provide training bikes for the rider – such as the YZF450 for off-road (flat track, supermoto, motocross) and the YZF-R1 and YZF-R6 for asphalt tracks.

The MotoGP World Championships are generating more and more excitement in Brazil, which will return to the calendar next year. The Autódromo Internacional Ayrton Senna Goiânia will host the Brazilian Grand Prix.

This year, Moreira is seen as one of the main contenders for the title in Moto2, especially after the excellent end-of-season performance he had in 2024 – even securing his first podium in the category.

The Brazilian stayed with the Italtrans Racing Team and with a Kalex bike. Last Sunday, he started the season with a promising fourth place in the Thai GP.
